| Hey Guys and Gals, Just wanted to share a pretty good idea for those who like to work on their bike but don't like to sit on the ground to do it. I came across this when I was living in the bay area off of the forum they have out there. I have built one myself and it works wonders. The whole thing cost me about $35-45 bucks, I don't really remember, plus the cost of a ramp. Some people who have trucks, already have a ramp, so I keep the cost description solely on the material. All you need is 2 sheets of ¾" plywood and the hardware to cut it. This table disassembles and fits nicely up against a wall for storage. Here are the websites for the build. This is the diagram of the cut dimensions - http://www.bbcracing.com/old/box/cuts.jpgThis is the layout - http://www.bbcracing.com/old/box/boxb.jpgHere are some pics of my table - https://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a194/tomkonjr/Bike%20Table/If you have trouble building it, let me know… if I'm free, I don't mind helping. | |
